  • Here are 10 cooling summer foods that your children will like

My usually rude daughter has suddenly lost her hunger. The dining tables are spent on the table, end up with frustration, its end and both of me. A few days after this unnatural behavior, I decided to move back one step back, assess the situation and discuss it with my pediatrician. This is when we realized that the heat of the heat had to be blamed. It was also removing his energy and his hunger. Children are active and energetic, often expand more energy that what they take. Add it to it, the heat and dehydration of the tireless heat causes it forever. Thus it becomes mandatory to ensure that their nutrition is adjusted accordingly, to give them fuel.

Here are 10 cooling summer foods that would like to load your children:

1. watermelon

Who does not like juicy, cold watermelon? They can be available throughout the year in supermarkets nowadays, but this is a cure to see fresh locals in stock when walking in summer. Shiny red is usually the most beloved. 92% made of water, they are great for hydration and also help in cleaning toxins from the body. Vitamin A content looks good to the skin. Here’s a tip, look for one with a yellow splash and which feels heavy for its size (a good chance that it will be ripe and sweet).

2. Tomato

Here’s a fun fact: Do you know that tomatoes are scientifically classified as a fruit and not as a vegetable? Yes this is right. They help prevent skin pigmentation and tanning, something like a natural sunscreen. You can make tomato juice or simply serve raw slices as a salad or snack.

3. Cucumber

The saying ‘calm as cucumber’ does not leave from anywhere! This vegetable is popular on the Indian dining table as part of ‘Green Salad’. The summer month also brings it to a cousin named ‘Kakdi’ which is tall and thin. Cucumbers help to cool the body and contain fiber that keeps constipation in the bay. If your baby is creating an uproar about food, just leave a bowl of cucumber rods on his table and disappear them.

You can close it with some sugar or still, add some fruits, this is a treatment of children.

5. Mint leaves/ mint

Some of my most vivid memories spent in my grandmother’s house in Ludhiana have tastes tastes. And at the forefront of them is a chutney that she made with mint, raw onion and a pinch of sugar. The cooling sauce was perfect for the sun out. Research has now come back what my grandmother always knows. Mint helps reduce gastric acid and thus ‘settle’ the stomach.

6. Onion

Raw onion is a head on my plate, I can’t just do without them. Thankfully, my nutritionists also vote for them, so this is a win. Onions have amazing cooling properties, especially when raw eaten.
