Here are 3 foods to avoid tea:
1. Nut
The nutritionist revealed that someone should avoid consuming crazy with tea. This is because tea contains tannin, which is a complex chemical substance obtained from phenolic acid, according to the USDA One Service. Therefore, the dish Sethi revealed, “The nut contains iron. If you consume a nut with a tannin of tea, it will prevent iron absorption.”
2. Green leafy vegetables
We all like to crush the crisp eyelid patta licking or spinach fritters. But Disha Sethi requested her Instagram family to avoid consuming green leafy vegetables with tea. Citing a similar reason again for nuts, the nutritionist said, “There are never green leafy vegetables with tea (tea has a tannin and leafy greens iron).”
3. Turmeric
Turmeric is a cow-to component in any Indian kitchen. It is difficult to imagine the preparation of any desi dish without turmeric for lunch or for dinner. But Disha Sethi has advised you to avoid consumption of turmeric with your cup of tea. He said that this combo “can greatly affect your digestion.”
