1. Balance your insulin levels

According to poornima, balanced your insulin levels is a game-changer when it comes to reducing facial fat. She advises to avoid continuous snacking throughout the day, as it can increase insulin levels. Instead, focus on consuming blood sugar-balanced food, which help maintain stable energy levels by reducing crawings and inflammation. With low inflammation in the body, your face will naturally appear less puffy.

2. Reducing water retention

In many cases, it looks like facial fat. Actually only the retention of water. To prevent this, it is important to support your lymphatic system through regular movement and ensure adequate magnesium and potassium intake.
