Recently, nutritionist Neha Sahaya took her Instagram handle to spread the beans and discovered the drinks that you should be clear when trying to stop dehydration.
There are 5 summer drinks here according to the nutritionist, you can dehydrate:
1. Cold coffee/iced coffee
Cold coffee is a favorite favorite for many people during summer. Although it can promote a quick energy, remember that caffeine in coffee is a natural diuretic. Neha says that drinking it regularly can be dehydrated, which can cause water loss through urine.

2. Iced tea
Like coffee, tea also contains caffeine. You may think that you are filling your energy again, but drinking iced tea can actually be dehydrated. It is best to enjoy it in moderation to avoid feeling dehydrated during summer.
3. Soda
Another summer drink that can quickly dehydrate you is soda. Nutritionists say that soda is high in sugar and caffeine, both can cause dehydration. Therefore, when you can ever enjoy it, be sure to drink enough water later.
4. Sports/Energy Drinks
Sports and energy drinks are often marketed as a way to recreate lost electrolytes during exercise. Although they can help achieve it, do not forget that they are filled with sugar, making them unhealthy and causing dehydration.
5. Liquor
We all know that alcohol is a diuretic, leading to increasing urine production and water loss. During summer, drinking cocktails such as margrites, virgin mojitos, cosmopolitan, etc. may not be the best option. Since the heat already dehydrates you, drinking them can spoil dehydration.
