Bandra Fort, Mumbai
Also known as Castella de Aguada, Bandra Fort is an ancient Portuguese fort located at Land’s End in the Bandra area of Mumbai. This fort is several feet higher than the mean sea level. Apart from being a major tourist destination in the region, the fort has also been featured in several Bollywood films.
Worli Fort
Overlooking Mahim Bay, the fort offers some of the best views of the city. This historical structure includes a constructed well, a temple and ample views overlooking the vast sea.
Cross Island Fort
Cross Island, also known as Chinal Tekdi, is located in Mumbai Harbour, India. It boasts of immense beauty and sparse population. Among some of the structures located on the island, you can find an oil refinery, several large gas holders, and the imposing remains of a ruined fort.
