How many people does it feed?

This free weekly meal plan is just what you need to start your week. It provides five meals that will feed 4-6 people (depending on whether you’re feeding adults or kids), and it even includes a shopping list! With fresh new ideas and easy-to-make recipes, weekly menu planning will be a lifesaver.

Why should I meal plan?

If you haven’t tried planning your meals ahead of time, this is going to be a game-changer for you! Here’s why I swear by meal planning:

  • Time Saver: Now there will be no nervousness about dinner at 4:00 pm. With menu planning, you know exactly what’s on the menu, what you need, and how long it will take to cook.
  • Money Saver: Meal planning works wonders for your wallet. When you organize your shopping list for the week, you’ll be able to easily purchase larger quantities and find opportunities to creatively reuse leftovers for future meals. It’s a smart approach that keeps more money in your pocket.
  • Goodbye Takeout: When your dinners are planned ahead of time and groceries are stocked up, you’re less likely to hit the drive-thru. Because you’re cooking at home, it means more savings and healthier meals. Win-win!

Storing leftover food for meal planning

I only meal plan Monday-Friday because sometimes we have weekend plans or I have leftovers that we have to finish at the end of the week! If you have any leftovers, be sure to store them properly in an airtight container in your fridge.
