Prajakta Koli has openly admitted her love for food. The YouTuber and actress revealed that hearty food makes her happy. Prajakta agrees that she cannot follow a âstrict dietâ. Limiting her cravings causes her to become âmedically ill and unhappyâ. In a recent interview, Prajakta explained that focusing on physical and mental well-being is the cornerstone of living a healthy lifestyle.
In conversation with Bharti Singh and her husband Harsh Limbachiyaa on Bharti TV podcast, Prajakta Koli told, âActually my weight has increased but the obesity has decreased. There was a lot of swelling, inflammation and water retention in my body. My weight was actually very low before, but because my muscles have increased, I am heavier now, but I am toned.â
Prajakta Koli said, âI canât diet. I find pleasure in eating, I cannot give up my eating habits. I tried a strict diet once but I think it made me medically ill and made me very unhappy. I reduced my intake of flour but did not follow a strict diet.
Prajakta Koli shared an anecdote from the lockdown days, saying, âAfter COVID-19, I realized that I had become very unwell. I wasnât getting enough sleep, wasnât eating healthy, wasnât drinking enough water. As my skin deteriorated, my hair started falling out and I became short of breath even after taking four steps. I was sure my health was not the best. I love working and I realized I still have a long way to go. Thatâs when my fitness journey began. But with time, I understood that more than my physical health, my mental health depends on fitness and exercise.
Prajakta Koliâs Instagram is proof that she is fond of food. Last month, he enjoyed a delicious thali of Tambada Rasa. This Kolhapuri dish is prepared using mutton stock and aromatic spices. He paired this dish with chapattis and a variety of chutneys.
