How to make Litti Chokha. Bihari Litti Chokha Recipe:
Step 1. Take boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash them.
Step 2. Add chopped coriander leaves, green chilli, salt, mustard oil, whole red chilli and salt. Keep aside.
Step 3. Take out the roasted gram flour in a bowl.
Step 3. Add onion, nigella, celery, mustard oil, dry mango powder, salt and mix well.
Step 4. Add some salt and mix. Keep aside.
Step 5. Take flour, salt and oil in a bowl and mix.
Step 6. Gradually add water and mix. Knead the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 7. Make small balls, make a hollow in the middle and add the mixture.
Step 8. Make round balls and fry in oil until brown from both sides.
