For example, actor Rahul Khanna recently posted about one mouth -water -filled salad, which he enjoyed for the brunch. When he shared a picture on his Instagram stories, he listed most of the components.
Rahul’s salad was properly balanced: it had different vegetables, three types of protein and a flavored dressing. The green base was formed by Arguula leaves, mixed with cucumber, avocado, dried shrimp and tuna. To increase their aroma, these materials were paired with additional virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar and soy sauce. Sesame seeds were added to additional crunch and taste. The salad was placed at the top with a soft boiled egg, the dish was lended to an excess pop of more protein and color.

All this was not for Rahul Khanna for a brunch. He connected his salad with heavy cream, collagen and a customized “giant coffee” with stavia.
