It is easy to make gram flour burji at home. This recipe was shared by the material manufacturer @dillifoodies on Instagram. Here is how to make it:

1. Prepare gram flour batter

In a bowl, add gram flour (gram flour), flaxseed powder, curd, water and salt. Stir well until you get a thick batsman with a dosa -like stability. Cancel.

2. Cook vegies and spices

Heat a griddle and add oil. Allow the mustard seeds to erupt, then add onion and sauce until it is transported. Stir in tomatoes and cook until it becomes soft. Now, add your choice of vegetable-capsicum, green chili, and carrots work well and sauce up to tender. Sprinkle spices, cumin powder and red chili powder. mix well.

3. Mix everything

Spread the vegetables evenly in the pan, then gently insert gram flour into the batter, making sure it covers all the vegies. Cook on low heat for a few minutes until the edges begin to firm. Keep stirring to prevent the mixture from turning. Until it turns golden brown and does not get the texture like Bhurji. Once done once, serve hot with whole wheat parameters!
