Talking about international food, the first thing that comes to our mind is momos. They are now an internal part of our street food culture and we do not consider it bad. In fact, we have come to love momos as our own. We can find a seller selling hot momos in almost every corner of our cities. How to make Street-Style Wage Momos
The first kneading flour with all-pasters flour and salt. Use lukewarm water to knead the dough. Once done once, keep it aside to relax. Now heat some oil in a pan, fry onion, ginger and garlic, and let them cook. Now add vei like carrots, cabbage and capsicum. Add green chillies, onion white and onion greens. Season it with vinegar, soy sauce, salt for taste and powder sugar. Momo filling is done.

Now to make momos, to tear the dough into small parts, fill them with veggie stuffing, plate to close the ends, and seal with some water. Steam the momos till now cooked – for about 5-7 minutes. Garnish with spring greens and serve steamed veg momos with spicy momo sauce or shezwan sauce.
