1. Skin pinch test
– Pin the skin behind your hand and hold it for a second before releasing it.
– If your skin takes more time than normal to return to its original state, it may indicate dehydration.
2. Check the tongue
– Look at your tongue in the mirror.
– If it appears dry or has a white coating, it is a clear indication that your body needs more water.
3. Sweat and Urinary color test
– If you sweat less than normal, especially in warm weather, this can be caused by dehydration.
– Dark yellow urine is another strong indicator of insufficient water intake.
Ryan Fernando shared, “If you look at these signs, drink a glass of water immediately and make sure that you consume at least 8-10 glasses of water daily.”

What is dehydration?

Dehydration occurs when the body loses more fluid, causing an imbalance that leads to an imbalance that affects normal physical functions.
