The Indian Pak Forum (ICF) has announced the 17th edition of the Pak Art India (CI) 2025, which is set to be with the 39th edition of the Ahar International Fair from 4th to 8 March 2025 in Pragi Maidan, New Delhi from 4 to 8 March 2025. The incident promises an extraordinary platform for Pak innovation, creativity and professional excellence. With an expanded lineup of 18 competition categories, Pak art is expected to attract more than 600 participants from India from 2025, including senior and apprentice chefs across India, which will compete internationally at the modeling phase. The event serves as a professional area for Pak professionals to share its skills, shared experiences and promote valuable industry participation.
These competitions will be included by a prestigious panel of the World Association of Chefs Society (WACS) from India and abroad. The Malaysian Pakistani legend Ilee Lee Chan Hong will serve as the chairman of this year’s jury. Chef Siresh Saxena and Chef Arvind Rai will oversee the competition as the secretaries. This prestigious event is brought to you by the Bharatiya Pak Manch (ICF) and is being organized by ITPO and Hospitality with technical guidance from the first ICF.
Designed to test a wide range of techniques, this year’s competition will be exposed to stability, plant-based dishes and modern plating trends, which reflects the developed landscape of the Pak world.

The competition will include 18 categories in individual competitions: artistic performance, cold display and live competition. Artistic performance section will highlight the craftsmanship of the chef through 3-tier wedding cake, artistic pastry showpiece, artistic bakery showpiece, and fruits and vegetable carvings. The cold display category will focus on technical precision and plating skills with competitions in plated appetizers, Petit Four or Plins, Three -Core Dinner Set menu – International, Plated Desert and Authentic Indian regional cuisine.
Live competition will test the speed and creativity of the chef in real-time cooking challenges, with contemporary sushi plaater, two-curves live cooking challenge in 1 hour 30 minutes and a 45-minute rice dish competition for all. Additional categories include a cooking challenge for students and trainees, egg Benedict, chocolate frenzy, cake decorating – dress the cake, mocktails competition and a live sandwich making competition. With 18 diverse competition categories, Pak Art India remains a defined platform for chefs to carry forward 2025 creative borders and set new standards of excellence in the Pak industry.
