Shriya Saran: Thank you! For me, keeping a healthy weight is not about strict diet or leaving food-it’s about eating smart and making small, permanent changes that actually work. Excessive food trends matters more balance and stability. Instead of depriving myself, I focus on fresh, nutritious food that my body needs nutrients.
One thing that really helps is that by eating foods that keeps me full for a long time, so I do not eliminate snacking on unhealthy things. A nutrient-rich start for the day makes a big difference, as almonds support my energy levels after morning and help me to avoid craving in the morning.

Question: What does your morning routine look? How do you start your day?
Shriya Saran: My morning always starts with a glass of warm water with lemon and honey. This simple habit helps with digestion, removes toxins, and hydrates my body after a long night rest. Hydration is something that I prioritial because it plays an important role in maintaining energy levels throughout the day.
For breakfast, I still like some light nutritious. Porridge with nuts and fruits, an egg white omelette, or a smooth berries, bananas, and a smoothie packed with a handful of almonds are my Go-Two options. Almonds are packed with vitamin E and healthy fat, which help to keep my body energetic. I avoid fried or highly processed foods in the morning because they slow down me instead of promoting energy.

Question: Lunch is often a difficult meal whether you keep it balanced and healthy?
Shriya Saran: I keep my lunch simple, nutritious and filling. My food is mostly home-cooked and includes protein, healthy carbs and balance balance. A specific lunch for me includes lentils, bread, and vegetables, or sometimes grilled fish or chicken with quinoa and steamed vegetables. I also like a small bowl of yogurt or homemade yogurt, as it prevents my intestine healthy and digestion.

Shriya Saran: I do not believe in cutting snacks completely-I just try to make clever options. Many people think that snacking is bad for weight management, but the truth is that having the right snacks really helps to keep my metabolism active and prevents me from eating later.
Instead of arriving for chips or biscuits, I choose foods that keep me full and energetic. Almonds are packed with my favorite-way healthy fats and essential nutrients that help to keep hungry in probe and weight management. I also enjoy humus with cucumber and carrot rods for a balanced snack. And when I am doing something sweet, I go for green tea with a piece of dark chocolate. These simple options help maintain stable energy levels throughout the day and curb the craving of evening sugar.

Question: Dinner is another food from which people struggle. What is your approach?
Shriya Saran: I like to have dinner lights and keep it easier to digest. A bowl of soup with grilled vegetables, a salad with almonds and seeds, or khichdi works good for me. I try to eat till 7:30 pm to help digestion and sleep quality. Eating heavy, oily foods late at night can make digestion dull and affect energy levels the next day.

Shriya Saran: Hydration is important. I always keep a bottle of water with me, which helps in digestion, skin health and weight management. Being active is equally important-I enjoy yoga, pilates and dance workouts, making sure that the movement is part of my routine.
Question: Any final advice for those who try to maintain a healthy diet?
Shriya Saran: For me, staying fit is not about eliminating foods. Including nutritious, nutrient -rich foods like almonds in my daily routine has helped me to maintain my weight easily. They keep me complete, provide essential vitamins and minerals, and it is easy to include in food without any extra effort.
I also believe in balance. If I want to indulge, I do such a crime-free but in moderation. The key is to eat a durable, healthy lifestyle, stay active, and listen to my body.
