Effect of chemical colors on hormones

Dr. Gupta shared that to reduce health risks associated with chemical Holi color, consider these safe options:
- Use natural colors: opt for colors made of turmeric, beetroot, rosemary, marigold flowers, or sandalwood.
- Buy organic and herbal colors: purchase from reliable sources to ensure purity and safety.
- Protect your skin and hair: Apply coconut or almond oil before playing Holi to create a protective barrier.
- Wear protective clothes: Full sleeve dresses reduce direct contact with synthetic colors.
- Wash the colors immediately: Use light soap and lukewarm water to remove colors as soon as possible.
