Inadequate abdominal acid also affects digestion and nutrient absorption, which affects your intestine

Your intestine is one of the most powerful areas of your body, which controls your overall. From your digestive to mental health, a happy intestine represents your balanced and diverse microbiom.
And so, it is important that your intestine is vegetable-free, and in the right shape. So how do you know it? According to digital manufacturer and biohakar Tanya Malik Chawla, you can take an easy one minute intestine test to see where you are and how well your body is doing.

How to do one minute intestine test?

Chawla explained the test on his Instagram, saying that it is a common belief that more stomach acid has issues of acidity, which causes resentment, bellching and abdominal pain. She suggests that you take this exam, including:
Mix baking soda with water on an empty stomach and use the time taken for waste as an indicator of stomach acid levels.

How does this work?

Baking soda is an alkali, which combines with your stomach acid to produce carbon dioxide gas – which leads to burial. And so, to determine if you have low stomach acid, you need to measure the time that takes you to stop you. This test is a popular domestic method for assessing stomach acid production.
“The intestine is at the center of our health. Fixing your intestines is the first step for health and adaptation to healthspan, “Chawla said in her Instagram reel. Chawla claims that rather than low abdominal acids, additional acids, food causes food to remain undivided in the intestine, causing fermentation and acid reflux (GERD).
While high abdominal acids cause acidity, for which you can take antacids, even insufficient stomach acid affects digestion and absorption of nutrients, which affects your intestine. Burping occurs due to several reasons, including low or high abdominal acid, small intestinal bacteria overgrowth, eat very quickly, or swallow too much air.

Is the test accurate?

Although this is not a popular and standardized clinical test, this test can help you get an unconscious idea about the current state of your intestine. However, many people with digestive issues before eating, it becomes difficult to determine whether burial soda or pre-existing conditions.

You may be able to improve and reset your intestine health through lifestyle and dietary changes, some of which are included:
