Lia from the US has gone viral on social media for its effective weight loss trip, fighting obesity and losing more than half of its original weight.

Arizona to Lia, US changed a remarkable weight loss, going from about 400 pounds (180 kg) to about 183 pounds (83 kg) in three years. Taking her Instagram handle, Liah shared the ups and downs of her weight loss journey, which inspired her to lose weight after so many years of being fat, and inspired her to keep walking. In a viral video of her with over 15 million views, Lia shared that it was in March 2022 when she hit the “rock bottom” and decided to change her life.

Lia shared that she had gone to Disneyland with her nephew, sister and brother -in -law. However, due to obesity, his body could not handle any kind of hard work, and he spent most of his time sitting on the benches instead of enjoying the ride. She writes, “Being an aunt is one of the greatest happiness of my life. And it was the day when I realized that I could not have a aunt’s type, because I could not be a current. I had the energy, endurance and health available for my nephew.”

Talking about my firm’s resolve to lose weight, Liah says, “I wanted to do what I wanted to do without worrying whether my body could handle it. In the last 3 years, I have seen what was impossible for me once.”
While earlier he tried to improve quickly to lose weight, nothing did nothing. This time, he changed his attitude, “Getting health when losing weight” preferred.

What she eats in a day for weight loss is a glimpse:
- Breakfast: 3 Fryed eggs mixed with cottage cheese and marble cheese + chopped with a large pear with a large pear
- Middle-wage beverage: Mushroom coffee with collagen supplements, cinnamon, stevia and cream.
- lunch: The bowl of cottage cheese is made with mixed cottage cheese, protein powder and maple syrup. It is at the top of the needle with granola and an apple slices.
