The Internet never fails to amaze us with unique food videos. From hyper-euratic cakes to fun food experiments, our attention is always new to attract. Now, a Pak school student and food item manufacturer, Nicole Dragon shared an attractive clip that is going viral. What is it about? His assignment – “Chlorophyll Gilleto!” While girato is a familiar treatment, chlorophyll may require an introduction – it is a green pigment found in plants. Pak students are taught how to remove chlorophyll and used it as a natural food color, and Nicole takes us through the process.

She starts by mixing parsley leaves with water and then stresses the mixture to get a vibrant green liquid. This liquid is boiled at 68 ° C, separating chlorophyll. Green extracts are carefully closed and placed on a cotton cloth above ice. Finally, Nicole uses a ruler, which is fresh, to scoop the rich green chlorophyll – is ready to use her Galato.
