Can we ever stop telling about South Indian cuisine? From fluffy Idlis to Spicy Chicken Chettinad, the list of food has been spoiled to like you. South India is famous for its coconut-based dishes that are for tentalizing your tastebuds. Recently, a video of such a Pak preparation featuring tender coconut and chicken has attracted the attention of food. The clip posted by a food ASMR channel on Instagram shows a man who cooks delicious tender coconut chicken in an external setting.

The video begins with a person who holds a group of tender coconuts on a table before cutting the top. Next, he makes a hole in the middle and puts the water into a container. Veggies come forward. Cook bites tomatoes and onions, but cuts green chillies from the center. After that, he takes a handful of garlic and crushes them in a mill. Now the best part is: Silent chicken pieces are added to a pot filled with coconut water with vegetables. Maslas, salt, garlic paste and a medley of curd, the person goes into the mixture before covering the container with a plate.

Once the marriage is complete, the man puts the chicken in a hollow-tender coconut and seals them with flat flour. The coconut is then placed on top of a wooden fire. After cooking the chicken, the person traditionally serves the dish on the banana leaf. He associated the dish with crispy parotas. Food is actually watering from mouth.
