However, a recent study suggests that adopting a healthy plant-based diet can improve prolonged possibilities. The research is to be presented at a meeting of the American College of Cardiology in Chicago and explains the benefits of plant-based food for individuals with cardiometabolic disorders.
According to the study, after a well-balanced plant-based diet, the risk of premature death, including heart disease and cancer, is associated with 17 percent to 24 percent lower. “These findings can help individuals with cardiometabolic disorders to make a healthy lifestyle option,” Dr., the head researcher of the second Jiangya Hospital of South University, China.
