Here are 5 natural options for popular skin care materials:
Nutritionist Sakshi Lalwani shared five natural options to use for her skincare instead of popular ingredients.
1. Hiluronic acid ate for aloe vera
Hyaluronic acid helps to keep your skin soft and smooth. It helps your skin to maintain moisture and makes it thicker. Expert suggests that you use aloe vera gel instead of hyaluronic acid-based skin care products, as it is a natural hydrator that calms and moisturizes the skin. You just have to take a fresh aloe vera leaf and cut it from the middle. Then apply Aloe Vera Gel on your face and wash it with warm water after 10-15 minutes.
2. Bid for retinol for carrots adiyu
Retinol is popular for promoting collagen production and ability to promote skin renewal. But experts recommend carrots – known as natural retinol – can be extremely beneficial for your skin. This is because on consumption, carrot beta carotene converts to vitamin A which helps to keep the skin healthy and heal wounds quickly. Just a carrot juice and skin cell renewal and drinking an empty stomach in the morning for a young glow.
3. Change niacinmide with green tea extracts
Niacinmide is known to improve the elasticity of the skin and reduce inflammation. The expert shares that instead of niacinamide, you should use green tea extracts. This is because green tea extract contains natural niacin to improve the elasticity of the skin. Also, if there is any type of irritation on your skin, green tea extract can help calm the skin and keep it smooth and soft.

4. Kick glycolic acid for lemon juice
Glycolic acid is an effective exfoliant that brightens the skin by removing dead cells. The expert asks you to replace glycolic acid and use lemon juice in your daily diet and include. This is because the citric acid of lemon juice gently exfoliates and brightens your color. Just make lemon juice and dilute them with water. Drink this concoction every day for smooth and soft skin.
5. Instead of salicylic acid, choose willo barc extract
Salicylic acid is a hit among people with acne-prone skin and is used to open pores and reduce brakeouts. The expert suggests digging salicylic acid for the willow bark extracts. This is because the bark of the willow contains salicein – a natural compound that helps to open the holes and reduce the brakeout.
