Unusual indications are that your body is struggling with low iron levels

Iron deficiency is mostly due to a deficiency of this macronutrient, in which your body stops production of hemoglobin. It leads to a variety of symptoms – most of which are weak and can also give rise to other serious health issues. Therefore, if you notice some strange signs such as who seems to be in your ears, urge to move your feet, or frequent hair loss, check yourself immediately.
Unusual indications are that your body is struggling with low iron levels

Hemoglobin or iron can be severely low level fatal – especially if you already have an underlying health condition

Iron deficiency – One of the most important macronutrients – is extremely common among most people, especially among women. According to experts, iron deficiency describes that when a person does not have enough iron in the body and stops the production of hemoglobin. When this happens, red blood cells cannot give cells the necessary oxygen required to work at optimal levels.
Doctors say that severe low levels of hemoglobin or iron can be fatal – especially if you already have an underlying health condition. Some of the strange symptoms of the situation and its complications include:

Swelling on your tongue

When your iron level is extremely low, you may have your tongue, and it may seem to be many red shades. There may also be too much swelling or pain, which level the tongue grooves, making it look more smooth than normal.
Doctors say that all these symptoms are signs of glossitis – or inflammation of the tongue.

Restless leg syndrome

If you are dangerously low on iron, you can develop restless foot syndrome, the symptoms of which come at night and include a heavy urge to move your feet all the time.
According to experts, people with restless leg syndrome are not able to sleep very well because they experience broken sleep. Studies have observed that iron therapy can significantly reduce the symptoms of RLS, but it is not clear that iron therapy is compared with Prampexol, a drug that helps to treat moderately for severe signs of this condition.

Constant hair loss

Iron deficiency can cause severe alopecia – a medical term for hair loss. Doctors say that since iron is an important component of hemoglobin – which sends oxygen and nutrients to the hair of hair responsible for hair growth – the lack of red blood cells can reduce it, so the situation is leading. And so, when your iron levels are low, your body may not have enough oxygen to support the growth of healthy hair – dilute hair, increase shedding, and potentially, hair loss.

Whoofing in the ear

Also known as tinnitus, it is a major symptom of iron deficiency and cannot be reversed. Doctors say that people with tinnitus may be able to listen to their own pulse or heartbeat – and it may appear as echoes, ringing, or hacking sounds inside your head.
