Instagram fitness model and reality television star Syed Azhar Hasan did not always have a trapped body to flex. Once after weighing about 145 kg, he shed an incredible 70 kg in just 12 months – all thanks to their patience, determination and hard work. However, for Azhar, a native of Hyderabad, change has not only been physical, but has changed his entire life.

How did Ajar reduce his weight?
Azhar, who got up for fame after his audition clip from MTV Roadies Gone viral, shared his inspirational weight loss trip. While his story resonated with many people, he has been appreciated, it was a significant turn in life for him.
In addition to losing fat and achieving muscles, Azhar has managed to reduce his body fat percentage by 55 percent, which has been ranging from only 9 percent to 9 percent with the help of disciplined and regular strength training and a healthy diet – which started actually four years ago. He said, “The turn of my change was deeply personal after my father’s death,” he said on Instagram. Azhar said that being unable to lift his father’s body due to obesity was the moment that inspired him.
While exercise and correct diet helped Azhar successfully shed 55 kg within seven months, he had to continue to maintain lost weight.

Azhar’s strong exercise scheme
Azhar’s workout plans include various high-to-medium-tail exercises such as twister jump, bird dog status, mountain climbers and side crunchs, which he does every day to maintain regularity.
In addition, he has also included power training in his routine and has made some dietary adjustments – all of which are followed with strict discipline. Gradually and frequent efforts helped them achieve the goals of their remarkable weight loss.
Azhar did not include a nutritionist or gym trainer
Currently weighing 75 kg, Azhar says that he did not take help from any nutritionist or gym trainer and formed his workout rule to target each muscle group daily during the first seven months.
For his diet, Azhar began with a minor calorie deficit – consuming 2200 calories per day, focusing on the right macros. Not following any craze diet, Azhar ate balanced food, stressing continuity and a permanent calorie deficit. In the next two years, he continued in the same way, achieved amazing results. Azhar says that he was not involved in any shortcuts or quick reforms, but was shown making small, sustainable changes every day which were added over time.
Azhar Hasan’s life has not been released again by losing weight – both physically and mentally – but they have also respected him, because many people now see him for fitness advice. He says that he is the only suggestion they advocate is a change in a lifestyle of 360 degrees rather than relying on temporary reforms. Firmly believes in the power of eating, firmly against the diet and keeping yourself hungry, emphasizing that permanent change comes from a balanced and disciplined approach.
