Are you also a street food lover if you don’t like momos? From steamed to pan-fried, veg to non-veg, momos are Go-Two snacks of every Foody. But in the era of food fusion, this cute dish has seen some really bizarre twists. You have probably come into momos of fruit momos, momo omelets, and even dried fruits. And now, chocolate momos to be included in the list. Yes, you read that right. A video making round on Instagram features a road seller who kills this unusual creation. It begins with a doll of butter in a pan, followed by some milk chocolate bar.
After this there is a splash of chocolate syrup. The seller then adds a little water, shaking the mixture into a smooth, creamy stability. Meanwhile, momos are deeply fried in a pan. Once crispy, they immerse in chocolate sauce until they are completely coated. For plating, the seller places Goy Momos on a paper plate, garnish them with cadbury gems and pieces of KitKat, and finishs with an additional drip of chocolate syrup on top. According to the caption of the post, these chocolate are available in Momose Vihar Vihar, Delhi, which costs Rs 300.
