Known for your detox properties, add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in water and drink once a day for preventive care.
9. Refill with coconut water:
“Coconut water is the energy drink of nature,” Dr. Shetty says. It is packed with electrolytes and helps to balance fluid in the body.
10. See your diet:
Avoid processed foods, which can trigger headaches. Instead, include foods containing magnesium such as leafy greens, bananas and nuts in your daily diet.
