How much does it feed?
This free weekly food plan is just what you need to start your week. It provides five food that will feed 4-6 (if you are feeding adults or children), and includes a list of purchases! With new new ideas and easily cuisine cuisine, a weekly menu plan will be a life saving.
Why bother with food plans?
- Scratching in a low final minute: Any other nervousness at 5 pm – just a quiet, confident “I have found it.”
- Low decisions: Take the estimate out of the dinquitime and save your mental energy for everything.
- Holy shopping: You will buy what you really need and waste less food (and money).
- More pleasant food: With a plan in place, dinner feels less and more quality is like time.
- Healthy Options: Further planning makes it easy to work in balanced, nutritious food.

My weekly menu plans always include a printable purchasing list that is measured and ready to go. This makes things so easy!

Storage for food scheme
I am making food plans only on Monday-Friday because we sometimes have plans in the weekends or I have left that we may have to finish the week! If you have left, be sure to store them properly in an airtight container in your fridge.
