When Harshit Nayar arrived at the age of 34, he saw how people were suffering from diseases due to obesity in his close circle. This is when he decided to take stock of his health and weight situation before going south. He first weighed 110 kg and with a sheer stability and correct choice, he was able to bring it below 10 kg over a period of 6 months. The best thing about his weight loss journey is that he never took any extreme steps. His visit states that losing weight is not complicated. Everyone needs to be patient.

He says that the change he brought in his lifestyle, he actually worked well for him, he was completely cutting the sugar. “To be honest, there were days when I would indulge myself with junk food. So, I never took extreme measures. I wanted to slow down. However, one thing I used to do exclusively, was that I didn’t consume sugar,” he shared.
Better intestine and skin health …
Losing weight also helps to improve a group of other parameters. When Harshit lost weight, he saw improvement in his intestine health. “I felt my digestion has really become better. Also, I always reduce skin dryness. So, it has really been very good,” they shared.
He faced challenges during weight loss journey …
“Given that I stopped consuming sugar, I experienced a headache and felt less on energy most of the time. So, it was quite difficult, but I knew that in a long time I will get immense benefits. I am happy to report that my restraint pays well when the sugar consumes,” he said.

Harshit shared that he clung to two things during the entire journey and was sometimes walking and walked every time. “My regulated diet and cardio walking and fast walking helped me to shed many kilos. WhatsApp is amazing that there was a time when I am not fit in my old clothes anymore. Even if I had to upgrade my wardrobe, it was surprising to see how my old clothes were lost,” he said.

He said, “Do not try to do something hard. Understand what is durable for you to continue for a long time and then stick to it. Be patient, stay continuously. Stay continuously. The results can take time, but they will come if you are constantly trying,” they explained.
