Australian Chef Sarah Tod called Mango Papad Chaat a “best type of snack”, and announced, “We all should be in our tea-time, sweet afternoon breakfast.”

Australian Chef Sara Tod is on a Pak campaign across India. After being pleased with local foods and many other roadside in the Northeast, the Celebrity Chef is currently searching for Amritsar. Undoubtedly, when you can remember the chat in Amritsar? Well, it seems that Sara can’t do it! Soon after tasting all her time favorite Gulab Jamun at the city’s popular sweet shop, she wooed Ram’s mango Papad Chaat. In a video on Instagram, the chef documentation of his chaat’s enjoyment, called “an icon, an inheritance, and possibly one of the lowest street snacks in India”. He expressed his feelings in the caption of the video, stating about his preparation, “This is not just a mango drying mango. It is a layer on the variety of different mango varieties, which is dried in the sun for chewing perfection, then black salt, chilli powder, kamin, lemon, lemon, juice and luster are chopped and thrown.”

In the video, we can place a few pieces of dried mango slices on a plate. He mixes some additional chopped pieces with all types of chutney, adding layers of taste to it.
