A viral clip currently roaming on Instagram has attracted the attention of both enthusiastic and Meme lovers towards cooking. In the video, a person has been prepared a full meal – bread and vegetable – in a single Kadhai (Deep cooking utensils). Yes, you read that right.
He divides Kadhai into two sections Flour (Wheat flour) dough as a temporary barrier. On one hand, he prepares a spicy potato curry, while on the other hand, he easily hoises the rotis. This innovative cooking method is a textbook example Jugad – Fixed a clever work -round or simple in Indian homes.
