Bread has become a dominant in many homes – a quick, easy and comfortable option that finds its way on breakfast plates almost every day. Whether tea, butter, jam, or egg, bread is often the option to go for millions of people. But the overall health coach Dr. Mickey Mehta is urging people to stop and reconsider this habit. In a recent Instagram post, he said, “If you eat bread every day,” your intestine will become a drain “, which has led to a widespread debate.

A habit is very common, yet ignored

Dr. Mehta, who has given coaching to people like Ambanis and Sachin Tendulkar, often share wellness tips with his followers. He says that bread is so generalized in Indian homes that people do not think twice before eating it. “When I ask people what they had for breakfast, the most common answers are ‘tea and roti’, ‘omelette and bread’, ‘jam and bread’, or even ‘poha and bread’, they shared.

White bread: a hidden danger?

While the bread may look harmless, Dr. Mehta has warned that it can quietly harm our health – especially white bread, which she can “eat the most dangerous thing at any time.” According to him, even multiigraine varieties are not completely safe. Dr. Mehta shared an individual incident, where he said that his daughter began to feel dizzy and lightly, such as drunk. After taking her to the hospital and no medical abnormalities, she found that she was consuming large amounts of multigren bread.

What is an auto wine furnace syndrome?

Dr. Mehta believes that he developed symptoms of a rare condition called Auto Brevari Syndrome. He said, “This syndrome occurs when the intestinal bread turns into fermentation and ethanol – a form of alcohol – a person feels intoxicated without drinking,” he explained.

In addition to this syndrome, he warns that regular bread consumption can interfere with digestion and prevent the intestines, whether toast or not. He said, “Bread can really choke your intestines,” he said, advised people to think twice before making daily food.

For those who struggle to leave the bread completely, Dr. Mehta suggests it only when it is absolutely necessary – such as during the emergency of hunger. He also recommends the diet including Psyllium HUSK. He said, “Taking the first thing at night or in the morning helps clean the intestine and push the bread out,” he said.
