- Juice stress the liquid through 10–12 amlas and cheesecloth or rowed sieve with muslin.
- To extract all the juice, squeeze the cloth gently, leave it or make the remaining pulp a manure.
- Pour the juice into a pan and add a similar amount of sugar.
- Bring the mixture into a boil, then reduce the flame and boil for 8-10 minutes until it reaches the stability like light honey.
- Skim any foam on the surface.
- Add pink salt, green cardamom powder and saffron strands.
- Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool down completely.
- Once cooled, add 1/4 cup lime juice (about 300 ml to focus).
- Pour a clean glass bottle and store it in the refrigerator.
