I tracked every calorie for more than a year – which changed (and what not)

Did it change my life? Will I continue? was it worth it? As soon as you study, you will know. At least I can say, it is worth 10/10 and you should try it at least once!

This is not your average “I lost 10 kg and found nirvana” story type (or I will act in eating, prayer, love). But to be honest, the weight changed on the scale (for good), and it was only a bonus. So what do you think? This is not just one thing about quantitative nutrition. Calculating your calorie intake every day is a game of discipline at its core, which has taught me my own set of texts, and I cannot be more grateful.
As my coach Siddesh Wozla always reminded me:
“Weight reduction occurs in the kitchen. Gram-worthy abs? They are also offered and garnished there.”

(In addition, funny facts: About 70% of your total energy expenditure comes from your basal metabolic rate – how many calories are burnt in your body.

What to do for 300+ days here:

Discipline> Inspiration
Prerna comes from the word – the motive. When you start, you start with an idea, but continue is an option. And that option requires discipline. Discipline simply shows and completes work.
Work hard But chill.
This is not a 30-day plan. This is a 30 -year mentality. If you are sprint, you are doing it wrong. walk. motion. breathe. You need hard work, but at the end of the day, the idea is to be on peace.
No “deception” day. Treat days only.
Treatment day
Enjoy a treatment day
There are no deception days, only treat days. Give yourself a piece of cake. Enjoy it. But do not call it cheating. This slices are not a scam – it is a balance.
Habits = recurrence.
The habit is just about doing something again and again. Eating the same food, working the same step, living the same day. And all this can be really satisfying. It is not boring – it is beautiful. Once you stop opposing it, it is regularly calm.
Cooking should not be complicated.
Eat the same thing daily
Eat the same thing daily
You do not need to do every “food preparation” coming to the village or try “a new way for Sakashuka”. Press pressure to cook something new every day. Allow the aesthetics to relax for one minute when focusing on stay. Simple If your dal looks cute then your intestine does not care.
Gusptimating is a mesh.
After day 50 or day 500 – if you are determining the volume, you are determined, period. Lives on the weight scale. This is your best.
300/365 Rules.
Slip-up is. If you stumble, get up. Because what do you do in most days. You have still received 65 days of grace to be human. Do not leave, just continue.
To be grateful
You do not have to love every bite. But respect it. He is promoting your mood, your meetings, your Monday madness by bite. Food is work.

Some things changed, and others, okay, just remain the same …

While the number changed on the scale, no one asked me about his weight before asking me for my name, who I was and how I was doing.
My body kept working for me. I stopped working against it. My intestine (and pot) really thanked me to a busy Monday.
Home mine
Home mine
The funniest part was that my diet still looked too much as I was eating every day at home, aka home food. Here and there were very few turns, with the biggest joint of all time ‘Kitchen weight scale’. It was always on standby like a small life coach.
(Oh, and scientifically speaking: Your body literally becomes what you eat. Every 27 days, your skin renews itself. Your liver? Every 5 months. Every 5 months. Cells are made from you – and what do you give them.)
So yes, the amount of food was not attractive. It was not dramatic. But it was powerful. This is a quiet type of change. One gram, a meal, a choice at a time.
And honestly? I am just starting.
