These are not just cosmetic concerns – chronic poor sleep affects immunity, memory, metabolism and emotional flexibility.

Stress-skin connection increases the level of cortisol, which interferes with collagen production, slows down skin treatment, and increases oil-all lead to brakeouts and pigmentation.
“When you naturally reduce cortisol through TM, you give your skin to heal and shine,” says Mrs. Srivastava. “Many physicians report better skin tones, reduce sensitivity, and a more bright appearance.”
