Types of Deep Breathing Exercises You Must Try

You can do these breathing exercises sitting or standing straight – just breathing in through your nose. Simply exhale slowly through pursed lips as if you were whistling. You can also try to exhale for at least twice as long as you inhale.
Pursed-lip breathing allows you to take shorter breaths. It also keeps your airways open for longer periods of time. It helps your oxygen levels.
