Apart from them, social media is full of influencers and health enthusiasts who are doing face yoga to target their skin care and anti-aging elements to maintain their youthful, toned and glowing complexion. This yoga also focuses on the 57 muscles present in your face and neck, unlike traditional workouts that only focus on the muscles of the body.

fish face
Anyone can start their path toward face yoga by doing fish face pose, which is a simple exercise. Fish Face Yoga mimics the expression of a fish and activates the muscles of your cheeks and jaw.
how to do it?
-Relieve any stress by taking deep breaths
– Suck in your cheeks, creating dimples on both sides of your face
– Spread your lips outward like a fish
– Remain in this posture for 5-10 seconds
cheek lifter
This exercise specifically targets the cheek muscles and helps to lift and tone the central area of the face. This prevents any sagging of the face and gives a more youthful feel.
how to do it?
– Make an ‘O’ shape with your open mouth
– fold your lips over your teeth
– Smile widely while keeping your lips in place
– Remain in this posture for 10 seconds
forehead smooth
The forehead massager is designed to release tension from the forehead muscles, improve blood circulation and reduce frown lines. This exercise helps to relax overactive muscles and any deep folds that may form over time.
how to do it?
– Place both hands on your forehead.
– Spread the fingers between the eyebrows.
– Apply light pressure on your forehead with your fingers.
– Slide it slowly outward, towards your temples.
– Repeat this 5-10 times.
eye opener
Eye-Opener strengthens and tones the muscles around the eyes. It helps lift droopy eyelids, as well as reduce puffiness under the eyes and improve overall circulation to the area.
how to do it?
– Place your index fingers on your temple, just outside the corner of your eyes.
– Gently press your fingers upward and slightly backward while lifting your skin.
– Open your eyes as wide as possible while relaxing your forehead.
– Maintain upward pressure with your fingers and blink rapidly for 10 seconds.
– Repeat this 5-10 times.
jawline definer
This yoga is a form of yoga targeted at the muscles that connect your jaw to your collarbone. It tightens loose skin and improves muscle tone, giving you a shapely jawline.
how to do it?
– Tilt your head back while looking towards the ceiling.
-Pucker your lips as if trying to kiss.
– Remain in this position for 5-10 seconds.
– Repeat the exercise for 5-10 minutes.
