How to Make High-Protein No-Bread Paneer Stuffed Pea Sandwich
Step 1: Make the Batter
First of all take two cups of green peas. If you want extra color, add some spinach leaves. This will give your sandwich a vibrant green color. Mix the peas and spinach with some green chillies, garlic, ginger and a pinch of salt until you get a smooth paste.
Step 2: Add semolina or gram flour
Take out the pea-spinach paste in a bowl. Mix half a cup of roasted semolina or gram flour in it. Check the consistency of the batter – it should be thick but spreadable. Add your favorite spices, mix well and keep aside for a while.
Step 3: Prepare the Paneer Stuffing
Grate 100 grams of cheese in a bowl. Add finely chopped green chillies, onion, coriander and a pinch of salt. Give it a good mix, and your stuffing is ready to be rolled out!
Step 4: Assemble the Sandwich
Heat a toaster and grease it with a little oil. Pour a layer of batter onto the toaster plate. Add a generous portion of the paneer stuffing and spread another layer of batter on top. Switch off the toaster and cook the sandwich on medium flame, turning till it becomes golden and crisp on both the sides.
Step 5: Serve it hot
Once your no-bread sandwich is ready, serve it with your favorite chutney or hot tea. Trust us, this combo will make your morning even better!
