Components:

  1. 200 grams of plain flour
  2. Eight Britain The Creamy Cheese Triangles with Laughing Cow
  3. One teaspoon of baking powder
  4. Half a teaspoon of salt
  5. 100 g of chopped cold butter
  6. 100 milliliters of milk
  7. One beaten egg (used for glazing)

Technique.

  • 1. Put parchment paper on a baking pan and preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • 2. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large basin.
  • 3. To the flour mixture, add the chopped butter. To make the mixture resemble coarse breadcrumbs, massage the butter into the flour with your fingertips or a pastry cutter.
  • 4. Bring on the Britannia The Laughing Cow Creamy Cheese Triangles and then slowly pour in the milk, stirring just long enough to combine the dough. Don’t combine too much.
  • 5. After transferring the dough to a surface dusted with flour, roll it out to a thickness of approximately 1 centimeter.
  • Cut out the biscuits using a round cutter, then arrange them on the baking pan that has been preheated.

6. For a golden finish, brush the tops of the biscuits with the beaten egg.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the biscuits are cooked through and golden brown, in a preheated oven.
Before serving, let the biscuits cool slightly on a wire rack.
