Many theories say that the Kongka La Pass in Ladakh is a secret UFO base for aliens in India. But how true is this? Let’s find out.

Ladakh is one of the most beautiful and mysterious places in the country. Kongka La Pass – A highly restricted mountain pass that falls in the Chang-Chenmo area. What surprises many people is that it has been linked to many UFO theories. It is located on the disputed border between India and China and is considered one of the most inaccessible places in the world.
Why? Let’s dive into its history a little.
In 1962, there was a conflict between the armies of both India and China. Subsequently, both China and India reached an agreement according to which neither was allowed to patrol the area, but could keep an eye on it from a distance.
Shortly thereafter, a popular belief spread that the Kongka La Pass in Ladakh was a secret base of UFOs. According to many reports, many people have seen these UFOs and both the Indian and Chinese governments are aware of these incidents. In fact, in 2006, Google Maps surprised the world by showing some pictures that looked like military facilities. However, there is no concrete evidence. Till now everything remains a mystery!
Due to these mysterious developments, the Kongka La Pass is often referred to as India’s own Area 51. Many pilots have also claimed that their guidance gear and navigation equipment begin to malfunction in this area, which is why they avoid crossing it.
Theorists have also claimed that there are many unknown caves here – which keep appearing and disappearing. This has further promoted foreign principles in the region.
