5 calorie deficit suggestions to lose weight:

1. Eat more fiber as it keeps you full for a long time.
2. Reach 10,000 steps daily.
3. Eat enough protein.
4. Cut sugar and sophisticated sugar products such as soft drinks, cookies etc.
5. Be sure to drink 3-4 liters of water daily.
