Malai Chaap has become popular as an appetizer and street food, especially in North India. However, do you know how to make it in bulk? In a video shared on Instagram, we can see the process of making the vegetarian dish. The clip begins with a man frying large pieces of soy sticks in a pan. After they turn golden brown, he takes out the sticks and keeps them in a separate container. The next step is to add various spices and oil to the soybean. After mixing everything, he pierces the soya chunks with a skewer and cooks it in a desi tandoor. After garnishing with some spices and cream, Malai Chaap is ready.

Next, he adds some pre-made gravy, black beans and rajma to the oil. He puts an entire bottle of cream and a big piece of butter on top of it.
