It is very easy to make Amla Raw Turmeric Thecha. You can make this thecha with simple ingredients from your pantry. To make it:
1. Prepare the content
Take 150 grams of Amla and cut it into small pieces. Plant their seeds. Then take fresh raw turmeric and wash it thoroughly. Cut it into small pieces and keep aside.
2. Cook the ingredients
Heat some oil in a pan. – Now add cumin and asafoetida. When they start bursting, sprinkle some salt on it and cover it. Keep it covered on low to medium flame until the Amla becomes soft. If necessary, use a sprinkle of water. When the mixture becomes soft, add fresh green chillies and peanuts. Cook for another 7-8 minutes.
3. Pound it
Once done, turn off the flame. Add some green coriander and mix everything. Let it cool, put it in a mortar and pound it coarsely with a pestle. You can also grind it in a mixer. Pour lemon juice over it and serve!
