Whether eaten alone or with a cup of hot tea, they are really comforting and we are always ready to eat them. However, have you heard of cakes? Yes, you can use your childhood favourite biscuits and turn them into a delicious and mouth-watering cake. Recently we came across a recipe for this cake made with just three ingredients. As the name suggests, this cake is made with Parle-G biscuits. Unlike most cake recipes, this cake doesn’t require an oven, microwave or gas stove. All you need is three basic ingredients: Parle-G biscuits, chocolate and cream. The best part? It takes just 10 minutes to make.
How to store 3-ingredient Parle-G Cake?
Ideally, this cake should be eaten the same day. However, if you are unable to do so, put it in an airtight container and store it in your refrigerator. This way, it can last for another day or two. If the cake becomes too hard, you can put it in the microwave for about 10 seconds before eating it the next time.
How to make 3 ingredient Parle-G Cake | Easy Cake Recipe
The recipe of this quick and easy cake was shared by chef Neha Deepak Shah on her official Instagram page. First, add milk or dark chocolate in a large bowl. Microwave it at 30-second intervals until it melts completely. Once done, let it come to room temperature and then add the cream. Mix well. Now, spread the prepared chocolate ganache on parchment paper, make six stacks of Parle-G biscuits and decorate them on top of it. Next, make six more stacks and place them on top of the first layer. Coat all the biscuits with the remaining ganache, making sure all sides are well covered. Garnish with chopped nuts and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
