How to promote nutritional absorption? Here are 5 best food combo to try:

1. Ragi dosa with til chutney

Ragi Dosa has become a popular breakfast choice due to its high nutrition material. While it is healthy in itself, the taste of dosa is best when served with some sauce. Always choose the option for til (sesame) chutney, as this combination increases the absorption of nutrients. Neha states that ragi pairs with healthy fat in TIL increase calcium, absorption and promoted bone health.

2. Rajma with rice

Rajma with rice is one of the most favorite food combinations. Apart from delicious tasting, do you know that it can also increase nutrient absorption in your body? According to the nutritionist, Rajma is rich in lysine, but is low in methionin, while rice is the opposite. Together, they make a complete protein with all nine essential amino acids – an ideal combination for vegetarians.

3. Buttermilk with jera powder

Another food combination that works amazing for your health is buttermilk with cumin (cumin) powder. What makes it so great? Neha explains that probiotics in buttermilk support intestine health, while Jera aids digestion and helps reduce blotting. So, next time you do buttermilk at home, make sure to add a pinch of Jera powder to it!

4. Fruit with nuts

Whenever you are planting fruits, make sure that they have some nuts. You can also add some nuts to your fruit bowl. According to the nutritionist, the reason for the work of this food combination is that healthy fat in nuts increases the absorption of vitamins found in fruits. Consuming them together can be a game-changer for your overall health.

5. Spinach with lemon

We all know that spinach is an excellent source of iron. But instead of eating it alone, you should have a source of vitamin C, such as lemon, with it. Neha explains that vitamin C helps to increase iron absorption from spinach, preventing anemia and improving energy levels. A great way to include it is to squeeze some lemon juice in your spinach cheese.
