Survival rate varies from the country
Survival likely depends so much where a person lives. In high-H-HDI countries, 17 of every 100 women suffering from breast cancer do not survive. In cum-HDI countries, more than half (56 out of 100) do not make it. The main reason for this difference is the initial identity, timely diagnosis and lack of quality treatment in the lower-ADI countries.
Why are cases increasing?
The study found that in the last decade, cases of breast cancer in many high-HDI countries are increasing by 1-5 percent every year. Experts say that there are some factors behind the increase in unhealthy diet, obesity, low physical activity and delayed pregnancies, growth, growth. While initial detection and better remedies have helped in some areas, the number of cases continues to increase.
What needs to be done?
Experts believe that immediate action is required to prevent more cases and deaths. The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends promoting healthy lifestyles, increasing awareness and improving initial detection and improvement to treatment. WHO’s global breast cancer initiative aims to reduce deaths by ensuring better health services for all women.
What can we do?
As such as breast cancer cases continue to increase, global efforts are required to stop the difference in healthcare access. Governments, health organizations and people should work together to ensure all women, no matter where they live, quickly detection and access to life -saving treatment. With the right steps, millions of people can be saved in the coming decades.
