Davina is having surgery for a rare brain tumor

Davina McCall is having surgery to remove a brain tumor, she has revealed.
TV presenter posted a video on instagram That is to say, she was diagnosed with a rare type of benign tumor called colloid cyst.
A benign tumor is not cancerous, but such cysts grow slowly, According to the Brains Trust charity,
“It needs to come to light because if it grows, it’s going to be bad,” McCall said. He added, “So pray for me. I’m in good spirits.”
In her video, she explained: “A few months ago, I gave a talk on menopause for a company and they in turn offered me a health scan, which I thought I would be able to pass.
“But it turned out I had a benign brain tumor called a colloid cyst, which is very rare – three in a million.
“And so I put my head in the sand for a while, and then I saw multiple neurosurgeons. I got a lot of opinions, and I realized I had to figure it out.
“It’s big for the space. It fills the space. It’s 14 mm wide, and it needs to come out because if it grows, it will get worse. So I’m removing it through a craniotomy.”
