The complete recipe is as follows:
1. Take 2 cups tuvar dal in a pressure cooker, add salt and turmeric powder and let it cook.
2. Take 30 grams of wheat flour in a separate bowl, add nigella seeds, ajwain and salt to it. Knead the mixture with some water.
3. Now make small balls of dough and flatten them with the help of a rolling pin. Cut small circles from the flattened dough and set them in the shape of a flower (as shown in the video).
4. To prepare the Tadka, heat ghee in a pan. Add asafoetida, cumin seeds, red chillies, mustard seeds, garlic, onion, tomatoes, chopped green chillies, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala.
5. Add the cooked dal and flower shaped dough to the tempering along with some water.
6. Cook for 5-6 minutes and serve with roti or rice.

Earlier, Natasha Mohan also shared the most common but worst food combinations that can ruin your weight loss diet.
1. Tea-time snacking is common in Indian households, but we didn’t know it would hinder our weight loss efforts. The tannins and caffeine in tea can prevent iron from being absorbed when consumed with meals, leading to bloating and acidity.
2. Fruits are a popular breakfast choice for many people, but consuming them with coffee, tea or even coconut water can cause digestive problems.
3. After a heavy meal, your stomach is already full. Avoid putting yourself under too much stress by not eating sweets immediately. Keep some time gap between two meals.
