How to make Lachha Rabdi:
To make Lachha Rabdi, you will need full cream milk, khoya, sugar, ghee, cardamom powder, rose essence and chopped pistachios.
Start by boiling milk in a thick bottomed pan. Boil it until its quantity reduces to half. Then add grated khoya to it and keep stirring continuously. Now add some ghee and sugar and cook for about 10 minutes. Keep the flame low.
When the milk starts thickening, turn off the flame and add cardamom powder and rose essence to it. Bring the rabri to room temperature and then, keep it in the refrigerator until it sets well.
Finally, garnish with chopped pistachios and serve; And you have a bowl of delicious Lachha Rabdi ready to enjoy.
