What are 3 food mistakes that you should avoid to prevent stomach fat:

1. Eating an unbalanced food

When you recall important nutrients such as protein and fiber, and make your food primarily carbohydrate-rich, it can cause stomach fat. Nutritionist Shalini Sudhakar shares that carbohydrates are largely glucose and can increase your sugar levels immediately. High sugar levels increase your body’s cortisol levels, which can cause stomach fat.

2. Put your body in a craving mode

Nutritionists share Sudhakar that when you eat an unbalanced food and spikes the cortisol levels of your body, it will make you sugars or something beautiful. You will not have any self-control and you will eat too much fat food, which will contribute to your stomach fat.

3. Not drinking enough water

When your cells, muscles and tissues are dehydrated, it can also be felt as hunger. When you take this dehydration as hunger, you will eat more, nutritionist Sudhakar said. When you eat more, you create a calorie surplus and it gets stored in your stomach fat.

Then how can you deal with abdominal fat?

Nutritionist Shalini Sudhakar suggested three methods in which you can deal with your stomach fat. she shares:

  • Eating a balanced diet contains similar ratios of carbohydrates, proteins and fiber. This will give you the necessary nutrients and will also complete you.
  • Do not release protein and fiber in your food as it can give rise to high cortisol levels. This can result in stubborn sugar crawings.
  • Be sure to drink 2.5 to 3 liters of water every day, as it is an adult human body’s naked minimum requirement. Anything less than this can give you hunger and drink, so that you can eat more.
