- Adopt anti-inflammatory foods: Include foods like amla, raw turmeric, black pepper, turmeric, leafy greens, berries, fatty fish, olive oil and nuts in your diet.

- Peel turmeric and ginger and cut it into small pieces. Peel the orange and remove the seeds. If using fresh Amla (Indian Amla), cut out the seeds.
