4. How do you maintain your fitness while traveling for shoots or promotion?
â Despite a pack schedule with shoots and promotion, Rishabh is committed to his fitness. âI always cling to my diet, no matter where I am, which changes according to the need of the role,â they say. âThe hotel usually consists of gym, but they are not always great. So I take the resistance band with me. They help me to do quick workouts and stay continuously. ,
5. What is your go-two source of protein, and how do you ensure proper intake during busy or travel-beady schedule?
For Rishabh, maintaining your protein intake during busy days is easy with protein shake and bar. âI always take protein shake and protein bar with me. They are easy to grab and ensure that I will find the protein I need, âhe says.
6. As the Skincare regime of men has become a big thing these days, what is your grooming and skincare routine mantra?
When it comes to skincare, Rishabh keeps his routine simple but effective. âYou know, I have recently started focusing on Skincare, and this is a lot! There are many steps and products, but I have detected a routine that works for me. In the morning, I am Keep simple: Iceing, face wash, moisturizer and sunscreen.
